It was in the year 2013 when we first set foot in Valencia and immediately fell in love with the city. It’s beautiful climate and relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect place to settle down and work on our dreams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a few years of successfully running a B&B, it was time to take it up a notch. Building our own boutique hotel, from scratch. Where all decisions, from A to Z, were made by us. A place where everything comes together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a thorough search of finding the perfect building, in 2017 our eyes fell on an old laundry service. Walking inside was like going back in time, finding a lost ticket in pesetas <\/em>and seeing furniture from residents that had left a long time ago. Close to the historical centre, but in the more local and exciting neighbourhood Ruzafa, the best location for the hotel we had in mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a lot of time and dedication we started the process of getting a license and in 2019 we were finally able to start the rebuilding. At one point the original facade from the 19th century was the only piece left standing. For more than a year we have been building which, believe us, has not always been easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But then in 2021 we are opening, so proudly, the doors of our small boutique hotel YOURS. A place where we welcome guests and work with a passion for things well done. Where comfort, authenticity, quality and personal attention are our core values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
