There is nothing as enjoyable as waking up in your home away from home with the smell of freshly grinded coffee. In YOURS we serve the specialty coffee from Bluebell, one of the best roasters in Valencia and also our neighbors! In the middle of Ruzafa they have created a beautiful green oase where you can try their best coffees, homemade sweets and toasts.
The Bluebell coffee that we serve is called Mujeres. It is an ode to the women working in the coffee industry and a call for empowerment. The Mujeres beans come from different Colombian plantages and have been picked with care and on their best point. From there on, it is Bluebell’s job to roast every bean in its own way to optimize its flavour.
