How can I make a booking at YOURS?

The easiest booking option is through our ‘BOOK’ section on the website. Where you simply have to enter the dates and choose the type of room of preference. We offer you the best available rate when you book through our website.

Does the hotel have a lift?

Yes, we have a lift in the building

Do you offer a room for disabled people?

Yes we do, we offer a room for disabled people with the appropriate accessible equipment

What time can we check-in?

You are welcome to check-in from 14:00 until 21:00. If you arrive before this time, you are welcome to store your luggage with us until your room is ready. If you arrive after closing hours of reception, we will provide you with the late check-in information. 

What are the reception opening hours?

The reception is open 24 hours and our colleagues will be at your service day and night.

Does the hotel provide towels and toiletries?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with towels, toiletries and daily check by our cleaning staff.

What are the opening hours of the pool?

The pool is open from 10:00 to 20:00

Do you rent bikes?

Yes, bikes are available for rent during your stay for €10 per bike per day. 

Can I book breakfast online?

Yes, you can book breakfast online or add it to your booking. We serve breakfast daily between 9.00-11.00 in our coffee bar.

Are pets allowed?

No, sorry. We don’t allow pets in the hotel for hygienic reasons.

Do you offer an airport shuttle?

Unfortunately we don’t offer airport shuttles, our colleagues will be happy to assist you to find your public transport or arrange a taxi for you.

How many rooms can be booked at once?

You can book up to 2 rooms. We don’t allow more than 4 persons.

Are the rates per person or per room?

All prices, unless stated otherwise, are on a per-room-basis incl. taxes and tourist fees.
